The Mariner is a landmark two-building, six-storey rental community located in Colwood, directly across from Royal Roads University. Designed to elevate the architectural language of this emerging corridor, the project introduces 149 contemporary studio, one-, and two-bedroom homes defined by balance, light, and connection to place.

ROOTED IN THE PRINCIPLES OF SIMPLICITY, COMMUNITY, AND CRAFT.
The twin structures are united through a shared podium and landscaped forecourt, with façades articulated in warm, natural tones that reference the coastal forest surrounding them. Expansive glazing and refined proportions give rhythm to the elevations, while rooftop decks provide open-air gathering spaces with views toward the ocean and hills beyond.
