38 Helmcken is a six-storey mixed-use building that brings modern living and local history together in the heart of View Royal. Located on the former site of the Helmcken Market, the project offers fifty contemporary residences above street-level commercial space, reinterpreting the site’s legacy through design that feels both forward-thinking and familiar.
