The interior is complemented by custom-built wood furniture and subtle wrought iron details that reference the building’s cross-bracing.

The design integrates a geo-thermal HVAC system with a concealed floor plenum, maintaining the clean aesthetic of the exposed CLT ceilings. Floor-to-ceiling glazing maximizes daylight and visual connection between spaces, while the open-plan layout encourages collaboration and cross-disciplinary dialogue.
